Located at the end of Miami’s tree-lined Brickell Avenue, the 52-story Santa Maria anchors the Miami skyline and was the tallest residential building south of New York City when it was completed in 1997. Its twin-cylinder curvilinear design reflects its relationship to its sister building, yet stresses its own individuality, offering exterior glass elevators, 19-slip marina and full-service health & fitness spa on the 51st floor.
